Track Name: Hip Hop Hot Pot Pot Noodle
if you can read this, your head is on fire
soggy pizza-hand's on the gas and its, half past five
be kind rewind, don't wake n' bake, wha' happen? wha' happen?
iron-by-hangin', wheetabix merangue-in', wha' happen?

weed-coloured carpet, like a stone in a sandpit
you've only gone and had a frying pan
be kind rewind, don't wake n' bake, wha' happen? wha' happen?
iron-by-hangin', wheetabix meringue-in', wha' happen?

hip hop hot pot pot noodle
hip hop hot pot pot noodle

if you can read this, your head is on fire
if you can read this, your head is on fire

feed the welsh for fear of suspiscious odours on your pillow case
there's too many windows in this place, and everyone's anxious enough
and the bread is tough
and the vermin are comfortable here
under the lily-shrine, i'm one inch from what goes on
Track Name: Pick Up Sticks
if bad luck comes in threes, i guess i should be pleased
twice i fought with drumsticks, twice i slept with bees
hell-bent on being grown-ups, but growing brings growing pains
we fight like marsupials, we rut like marsupials
stranger things have happened than this but you always do what people think you will

the more you scrub the thing that you scrub keeps on stinkin'
attempting deconstructive thinkin'
the more you stick around in it the less you tend to
notice it
but other folks can tell that you've been rolling in your own shit

i'm fed up being steve mcqueen to your dustin hoffman
papillon is building a raft
i'm tired of knawing the bars and taking hand-outs
get me out of this rat-race, got loads more stinks to kick up
i'm fed up being hung up on the things i need to give up
now i'm moving along at a snail's pace, got loads more sticks to pick up
Track Name: SAC Attack
sleep, stop, what? what’s that?
it’s just it’s gone a bit quiet
read the news, put your shoes on, prepare for a riot
we’re under attack! what SAC? SAC!
now board up the windows.
we’ve not got time to go, turn off the radio

but remember to
phone yer mum, make tea, avoid zombies
lock the door, feed the cat, avoid zombies
eat your greens, clean your teeth, avoid zombies
wash your hands, cancel plans, avoid zombies

it’s sleepy time in sacsville
we’ve just about had enough
of these drooling zombies and its
rough! rough! rough!
having to fight all day and all night just to stay alright
whailing bruce wallace is gonna cut of their heads
wazikstan won’t stop until their dead
battle-conk’s small but deceptively cunning
we’ve got plenty weapons and we’re fast at running
we’ll battle for the club until the end and we won’t stop
Track Name: Sheila's Stabiliser Wheels
this is my kind of therapy, finding metaphors for personal flaws
all because, the lady loves to fight
try as you might, you can't recycle spite
grudges aren't biodegradeable, love is like owning a fridge (the manual says...)
how to bang your head against a brick wall, just be yourself
three years on, you've done no wrong, the freezer's gone and the milk is warm
you've become owned by a fridge

what hope have we got when TV tells us
men will only see you as the missus
disappear when given the prospectus
after all you're better off with shoes

so i blame sheila's wheels for how sheila feels and sheila beels
ricki lake hath forsaken me
sexism rules we must be fools to think we have the upper-hand in this game
well ah'm no playin

i thank sheila's wheels, i like how sheila beels about how she feels
ricky lake, has grown up with me
sexism rules, they must be fools
and i'm playing this game
Track Name: Nosferatu
expressionist krauts could claim that this is a symphony, silently
shrek in the days before visual jiggery-pokery, silently
carpathians flinch and wince in foreign company, knowingly
nosferatu waits for me

knock isn't having too much luck
knock isn't having too much luck
pesticidal appetite says he might be the monster

creep creep creep creep crow crow crow crow
not-so-spontaneous-combustion

that's a fake nose, i can see it from here
there's a piece of sellotape stickin' out behind your ear
that's a fake nose, i can see it from here
and those joke shop plastic fangs make you look like alan carr

creep creep creep creep crow crow crow crow
not-so-spontaneous-combustion
Track Name: My Other Brain
my other brain thinks in sixes and nines all the time
lobotomy-less mess, brain is stressed, brain is less than im-p-r-e-s-s-pressed
perhaps one should decapitate and shed one's inner reprobate
but what would you do with the time?
the frustration would turn anyone to crime
one should only sing so high, a castrato's trade has all but died
but john wayne bobbit did alright, and his looks like it's stuck on with araldite

my other brain thinks in sixes and nines all the time
throbbing headache does not a brain make, brain, fake b-r-a-i-n
hardcore gents removed their bits 'cause ideas came in spurts and fits
but what would you do with the time?
the frustration would turn anyone to crime
fair enough, they came up trumps but groupies don't dig pelvic stumps
who wants a nubbiny thatch? who wants an itch they can never scratch?

i'll spend all my hardened wealth just learning to control myself

i'll speak to my sexy sensei
he ain't no miagi, he can help you leave the whacks off
you can leave your other brain in peace (x2)

leave your other brain in peace, pick up the pen and earn your keep

my other brain thinks in sixes and nines some of the time
throbbing headaches happen less, brain is less than s-t-r-e-s-s-stressed
why should one decapitate, testosterone's what keeps us straight
not tempting fate (x2)

keeps us straight, keeps us straight, not tempting fate
my other brain
Track Name: Pointless Self-Indulgence
the toughest tune i know is played on four strings by four friends
the emphasis is not on feeling but on those friends' means to their ends
pointless self-indulgence has it's way with us all but once the notes are in the ether
they can neither be recalled, nor can they be hidden, it happened and its there
at least i gained perspective from the scare

i used to take the stance that what was yours was yours to sell
it turns out i was nauseous 'cause what's yours was mine as well
of notes displaced (in) some other place i'll never have proof
my idea of authenticity is believing in the truth
so i'll never hear the tune the way i did before
at least i learned a lesson from the score

the question that remains is 'do you know the ones you know?'
your only choice is to ad-lib and let the song go where it goes
who am i to say if we don't hear in harmony?
if anyone knows about bum-notes i'm sure as hell it's me
so i'll never hear the melody the way i did before

at least i learned a lesson
